consistently bad/no service. has repeatedly stopped service for long stretches of time despite being open. they will turn you away occasionally. might be an understaffed establishment, i don’t know. no hate towards the employees, might be management, who knows. better off going to the one in somerset or elsewhere

Just wanted to give a shout out your guy Malachi. Pulled up aroubd 4PM. There were a few other guys here but this man was RUNNING IT. I watched him take and bag multiple orders within the 2 minutes I was at the drive thru window. Food was on point. He gave me the impression he was the manager but... if he isn't you guys need to get this man a raise!

There was one person in line before me and one person inside eating food. I used a coupon and got one double cheeseburger. They had me park for the food. Literally waited 10 minutes for one sandwich.

This was the SLOWEST order I have ever placed at any FAST FOOD restaurant.. Should've went and sat down somewhere at a REAL restaurant. Shame on you guys. Had to order at the confusing kiosk..

I spent over $30, and one of my orders was a Classic Chicken Wrap, I Ended Up With A Skinny Strip Of Chicken..I Didn't Realize What I Got Until I Drove Back Home To Westport From Visiting Family, Never Again Am I Going Back

I went last night. I used a coupon for two chicken sand with fries for 6.99. I've always switched out the fries for onions rings. There never was an up charge. They charged 75 cents extra and they had been sitting out for way too long. They were very dry. Aren't the fries and onion rings the same price?.

Took forever (as usual at every BK), and when the order finally came, it was wrong.
