Foods definitely not as good as when the first opened especially for how it basically doubled in price wouldnt mind of the quality was there like it used to be

Can’t hear a thing in this place! Wanted to sit down and eat but the music was WAY TOO LOUD.

Idk their names, but the staff that was on the night of 10/21 around 8pm were awesome. Guy making the fries was super nice. Food was really good.

Everything was great. .... . HOWEVERrrr, fries were extremely salty. Unfortunately, gave 4 stars for food because of that reason. Otherwise it was great. They should allow customers to add their own salt. I felt like my blood went sky rocket.

I’ve been to this Five Guys in Swansea a few times over the summer and honestly… it might just be the best one out there. The staff are super friendly, the vibe is always welcoming (families included), and every time I walk in, the place is spotless. I mean, even the high chairs for the kiddos are sparkling clean — parents, you know that’s a rare find!

On top of that, they always seem to have a pretty rad playlist going, which makes the burgers and fries taste even better. It’s the little things, but it really adds to the whole experience.

The owner and management team should be seriously proud of this crew — they’ve set the bar high for what a Five Guys should be.

Food is good. But wayyy too pricey. I had no idea they charged the fries and drinks separately. Unless someone's paying for me. Never again.

The burgers were good, the fries were just OK. However, I was shocked by the bill. Today’s food is definitely way more expensive. But when you’re in a rush, and you have a huge family to feed, this was a good option.

Despite an obvious dearth in customers at the 2pm mark, a clean table was harder to find than face value tickets to a Taylor Swift show. I could’ve knit your hamster a cardigan with the hairs that nested in my small fry. If you’re looking for a healthy portion of disappointment and a side of potential pathogens, this is your spot.
