The worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to as a customer and as a delivery driver. The shift from 5pm to late has the rudest employees I’ve ever seen in a fast food restaurant. Makes the entire inside wait while they rid the drive thru without even looking and paying attention as if we weren’t here. They sit and talk about drugs and getting high in front of a child and her father who had waited over 10 mins for 2 tacos. I get further disappointed every time I go in. Terrible management if they haven’t once heard about the type of employees they thought would be good hires. Waste of an establishment on GAR highway.

Came waited soooo long with nobody inside or in line to get the wrong order have to oark and come in. All kids working not an adult in sight and i stood at the counter for another 10 min and they blasted music n ignored me. This needs adult supervision and better management … do not come here!!

Slowest fast food I’ve ever had, waited over 30 minutes for my food

what the hell is this bruh😭😭 yall fr suck at doordash orders .. i asked for no tomato’s & didn’t get any sauce packets. & the shell looks disgusting. idk who made this but should learn food safety🤨

update: ANOTHER experience at this taco bell. they handed the doordash lady the wrong food and she handed it to me unaware so it wasn’t her fault it was taco bell for just handing her the wrong order then our tacos our messed up and we head to the taco bell just to sit in the drive thru for 5 minutes no sign of life in there are u kidding me? never eat here. this place is terrible customer service they don’t care about customers or what they are consuming. 0/10 stars.

If I could, I would give zero stars. I’m not one to leave bad reviews or reviews at all. I also fully understand I’d gone to their drive thru at 9:30pm during holiday season so I expected a good wait. But not only was it a 40 minute wait, I didn’t get over half of my order. I went with my spouse because we’d been running around all day and wanted something quick before going home. Now the customer shouldn’t have to be playing quality control and make sure everything is there. So when I get home and open it up, my entire box is missing and they had replaced our nacho fries(we ordered one each) which are 3 and some change, with plain ordinary tacos, one of the cheapest menu items…and my spouse didn’t get their drink. I understand they’re stressed but so is everyone..please do better. I didn’t mind the wait at all, or even messing up a couple things because no one’s perfect. But I’d already paid good money and over half of my order was missing! Safe to say I’ll never return.

This place has gone WAY downhill in the past 18 months. I stop here fairly regularly on my way to work for a 3rd shift job. They got my order wrong on all of my last 3 stops, and food that I got was poor quality at best.
I plan on taking part of my order back this morning after work.
Simply inexcusable!

Just do not go here. They can not make a simple order correctly and take entirely too much time during non peak hours.

Don't go to this store unless you don't mind waiting for at least a half hour, employees are useless,the conversations between employees are much more important than the lobby full of pissed off customers, even the management is not caring about what's going on.Great atmosphere if you're an employee don't work enjoy the social hours you're getting paid for.

This is the 3rd time I've gone and the 3rd time they left out food. Would not recommend this place at all.

We love Taco Bell breakfast wraps! So good and always so full! The customer service is always great at this location and nice and clean inside.

No longer serving breakfast which was the only reason I went here, dumb decision to get rid of it

Food was made wrong 2 separate times in the same day, 10-15 minutes wait and it was empty inside with only 2 cars behind me and pretty much every one star review on this Taco Bell is 100% acurate and I’ve experienced the same almost every time I come today was the last time I’ll order from here they need to either re train, re staff or shut down place is awful just go to Fall River for decent bell.

I've come to this location a few times now while in the area. Service is always slow, quality is below average to poor, and the parking lot is not great to get in and out of. I'll be going back to the Seekonk location from now on, or just going down the road to Wendy's if I'm in Swansea.
