Woman at the drive through is miserable and give attitude for no reason. I understand being indifferent to customers and being disinterested that's fine. Actively giving attitude for no reason while a customer is being pleasant is no okay. It's most of the staff here but this woman today stood out extra

This location is bad when it shouldn’t be it’s dead majority of the time, if you place a order larger then 10$ be prepared too wait
With no one in the drive thru, it’s a newer store an it’s not very busy so the issue is the staff an they don’t get a lot business so it seems like they aren’t able to properly handle a rush. Went in one day to order 12 pc taco box to hear staff complaining in the back outloud when I said something to the manager after paying for my food he acted as if I was the problem an told me if I don’t want the food I can leave so I left. I’m sorry but when I pay for food an I immediately hear your entire crew complaining outloud about completing the order when the store is dead that’s unacceptable their was nobody their an their complaint aloud about 1 order an the manager actually rather refund the order then do it properly really poor location

11:15 11/26. Terrible experience ordered food using the app was asked at drive thru if my order was correct. Got to the window was handed my food proceeded to leave upon looking in my bag of food I had chips with barely any in it but no cheese sauce I hadn’t ordered an extra cheese as well. Went back to the store and asked them for my chips and cheese that they forgot and the girl with pink/purple hair gave an attitude and basically threw the bag out of the window.

Got a Build Your Own Luxe Craving Box. The beefy 5 layer burrito was just refried beans and the crunch wrap supreme was not folded and had zero meat. It was pretty much just nacho cheese and a hard tortilla. This place deserves a 0 star or better staff.

Hello, ordered here around midnight and they messed up my food by giving it to the door dash guy. Most of all, there's this african American guy in dreadlocks, maybe cleaning guy as he was holding a mop and bucket. Let's call him mofo. He's been causing troubles with fello employees and all of a sudden started dancing out of nowhere. I wouldn't go back there again.

Let me start off with the fact that I never write reviews, but omg the service at this place suckssss. Every time I’ve been here in the past 6 or so months it takes at least 30 minutes to get something as simple as a drink, regardless of how busy it is. They really just don’t care. I understand that working in fast food can be hard, but a wait that long every single time? Ridiculous. They just straight up ignore you half the time.

This location started off great but slowly got worse and worse as time goes on. Constant issues with my order not having the correct items. Waiting an additional 10-15mins in the drive through after placing a mobile order ahead of time. The staff there is truly miserable and have 0 personality it’s all young kids who clearly are not trained. I will not be doing business here anymore I’d rather drive the 20 mins to Dartmouth location to get tacobell whoever the store manager is she be fired for allowing this terrible service to be allowed.

Absolutely terrible experience staff wasn't to bad. Spent 32$ an was handed my bag with barely filled tacos. I wouldn't even call then supreme Will never stop at this store location ever again. Absolutely terrible.
