Someone in high management needs to spend a day or two there. Terrible customer service. I went there a little while ago and left without ordering. Very unprofessional and rude guy at the drive thru.
completly botched my order. food was cold. slimy. ended up putting it where it belonged....in the trash. the local board of health needs to check this place out and shut it down befote they kill someone.
The Burger King at 294 winthrop st taunton, ma should be ashamed of themselves. I was doordashing this day and had an order that needed to be picked up by 7:00 pm. It was 6:40 pm when I arrived. The doors to the building were locked and the drive-thru was backed up to the other side of the building. I proceeded to wait in the drive thru lane.
