Dunkin' is a place where the staff shines bright. Despite some waiting and cold food, a warm-hearted woman went out of her way to assist, earning admiration. Another customer enjoyed good food and coffee, but what truly stood out was the drive-thru worker's charisma and humor, making the experience delightful. Lastly, the staff, especially Leo, are highlighted for their friendliness and welcoming demeanor, treating customers like long-lost friends. Leo's exceptional customer service makes him a true gem, adding a special touch to Dunkin's welcoming atmosphere.
