We ordered Kinfolks for our wedding last Saturday. We ordered the 50-60 pack, even though we were only having 36 guests (myself and my husband included) EVERYTHING went! It was so so good, so many compliments and content faces. As the evening continued and dinner was long over many (myself included) went back for second plates, still in chafing dishes and warm! As a native Kansas Citian, I found the ribs to be exactly right. Smoky, fall-off-the-bone goodness. The house sauce is also good: slight heat, slightly sweet, not syrupy.
Wheat flour for the hush puppies is a choice. I definitely prefer cornmeal and won't be ordering those again. I will say, though, they're appropriately onion-y.
