I've been driving past this place for a while now, and finally got a chance to stop in. Everyone on the staff were very friendly and my cacoila sandwich hit the spot with just the right amount of heat. at $11 for my sandwich and 2 beers it was a great deal...I'll be back.
Went to this restaurant on a Sunday because we found a good deal for a gift certificat on restaurant.com. The dining area was quiet but the bar was sort of full, though it seemed mostly friends. It was definitely a Mom and Pop type of place but I liked this. Peter, our waiter and bartender, was so friendly. We got drinks, my beau a coke and me a Portuguese wine, which I loved. This place is in a sketchy area in town, but actually is pretty good. Food was done well and was better than I was ever thinking it could be. I will go here again, but still I will be wondering if they can stay consistent with their good food.
