“The food service needs to be there when you order comes out. 2 people did get there drinks right 1 get gingerbread other people get water when they get there food 1 people ask not want any grave on their meal and they did not check to see if all people have meal and I Know they will be problem when service person who has come over and ask us all the food order again my did not get my order and it came out 25 minutes late after reset of the party get there it was the way I ask for it to be cook.“

“My cousin and I were in town for the Korn concert last night (we live in Albany NY) and we popped in for a drink, some snacks and football before heading back, we sat at the bar and had the pretzels, fried pickles and a cocktail, awesome food and drinks and lovely bartenders who even put the Saints football game on for us on the TV directly in front of us, we wish we could’ve stayed longer!! Thank you for the hair of the dog, great service and snacks and for putting my team on the tv for me!!! 😁😁😁 we are both servers/bartenders and we always give credit where credit is due!! 💐💐💐“

But the star of the night was our server…. I believe his name was Michael. Michael was attentive while not being over the top. “I ordered curbside service for my birthyday. I was alone with no plans. And the food was amazing! I know some Applebee's locations have declined in their food, cleanliness, but this one stays hitting the ball put of the park! I ordered the 2 for $25 ( for yoday and tomorrow). I customized both orders and they didn't miss a single customization. The food was hot, the portion size plenty. They even included a thank you note with my meal.“
