Food and coffee are fine. Service is definitely lacking. Also watched the manager berate her staff and actually ruined a couple of orders. Definitely not ideal situation. I also saw the manager being rude to several customers.
Good sandwich shop and bakery. The people were super friendly. Preparation of the food was a little slow and the food was expensive, though the latter is surely normal on this generally expensive island. My son enjoyed the Philly cheese steak sandwich, though it's definitely an adult portion at about twice the size he could eat in one meal.
