Dunkin' Donuts in Townsend

“Traditional Dunkin' limited staff working very hard to keep up on a busy Saturday. Doing a great job to keep things moving.Starting to run out of some varieties of donuts by 1130 am but a large enough selection to substitute favorites. Busy parking lot with the right amount of parking with accessible spaces near the door with easy transitions.

Parking: It can get busy and a little tight when the drive up gets backed up.]

Wheelchair accessibility: Fairly easy to get on and out but I do not believe there are automatic doors.“

“There’s an employee named Demy and a small blonde girl who make this my favorite location to visit after work. The two are a riot and always go out of their way to make every dollar spent worth it. However, the few times I have gone here in the morning I have not had the same experience. The staff are rude and careless. I have to double check my order everytime I come through and I almost always have something missing or something I did not order.“
