“I've been coming to this location for 5+ yrs. I've seen a number of managers come and go. The new manger now has been there for 2 weeks and he's the best yet. 90% of the employees are great at there job. But you know what they say. "You're only as good as your worst employee"“
“I just wanted to thank the two young women working at Dunkin’ this morning on Wednesday, May 6th around 8:30 AM. I had stopped in asking about the Nurses Week free coffee promotion. Both employees were smiling, pleasant, and so kind during the interaction. Earlier, I had a very uncomfortable experience at another Dunkin’ location where the employees seemed disgruntled and reacted in a way that felt embarrassing and dismissive when someone asked the same question. So walking into your store and being treated with kindness and professionalism really meant a lot to me.

“Seems a lot of people will complain if there's a minor inconvenience, but won't leave a positive review if they have a good experience... I stopped in shortly before 6PM to grab an quick bite to eat and a coffee for the drive home. Got the $5 two wake-up wrap and iced coffee combo. The employee greeted me when I walked in, let me know in advance they were out of some items so I wouldn't get disappointed after ordering, and prepared my order quickly and handed it over with a smile. 10/10, would visit again.“
