When discontinuing a drink or food I think on the dunkin app there should be a vote on which one to discontinue and one to add
Another one is I think that there should also be a vote on a discontinued menu item on which one to bring back for a limited amount of time as it will boost sales and make Dunkin’ more popular“

“Came in for a cup of hot coffee, nothing fancy. However, my taste buds are picky still. Service was fast, coffee large hot french vanilla with cream and sugar....thumbs up absolutely yummy that I needed after a long day. Christian not only took my order, but made it too. That's a true team player making the work load on his peers lighter. Thumbs up, will make this my coffee spot when I'm in the area. 👍👍👍“
