Dunkin' Donuts in Billerica

“I can’t believe I went to try the new Dunkin’ Zero drink. Unable
To at this location . They state it has to go thru the app, even though I am paying thru the app.
I would have to get out of line
Get a parking space and order thru app then get back in line. I told them ( Forget it ) I am done with the so called specials“

“Nice location with gas station and drive through option. Ordered sourdough egg and cheese and they were able to happily customize it for me. I asked for tomatoes on the egg and cheese and they added it that enhanced the taste of the sandwich. Even for the egg, they added double for just 3.80$. Really good taste better than other fast food sandwiches or coffee shops. Good packing and sandwich was served hot and fresh.“

“So the day I went I was gonna do the drive thru cause having a kid it's just easier than getting him out the car seat to go in and back out to go back in the car seat for an iced coffee and donuts however the drive thru was broken and there wasn't any signs so we did go inside anyway and I asked the crew and they said yes it was broken so I asked why is there nothing saying it's not working and they didn't have an answer lol however got the donuts and iced coffee and the kid that took the order was nice and went and put out a sign the coffee was amazing that day to ? donuts aren't the same but my 2 year old doesn't know that he was happy to“
