Every time I try to get coffee here, it always gets messed up and it takes forever to get what I want. I even used the "on-the-go" app which works fine for other locations, but this seemed to be their first time, and when I got there, they hadn't even made my order, and then 5 minutes later I was informed that they didn't have the ingredients I needed for my coffee. I even wasted a free-coffee off the app because I had to leave to get back to work on time.

I went to this specific location April 21st 2021 at 4:30pm. I was APPALLED at the employees customer service. there was one women in front of me and as she approached the speaker she was greeted with a "Are you kidding me! What can I get for you" in the RUDEST tone if voice ever, as if our presence was a nuisance. I saw the women casually smile it off as if it was an accident, and waited. meanwhile I hear everyone laughing inside from the OPEN door right next to the drive up....read full review
