THIS place is a hidden gem! Order the cuban sandwich. The sandwich is made with ham, roasted pork, Swiss cheese, pickles, mustard on a sub roll. IMO, best Cuban sandwich in Massachusetts. We have tried to find something similar within a 30 mi radius, no luck. Their pizza is good too. Staff is nice. Not much seating so we recommend take out.

Ice cream made on site, a bit on the expensive side but they fill the quick containers up so high. You can barely get the lid on well worth it

Love the food and the brownie sundaes! We usually do a takeout as there isn't much seating outdoors but they do have a few booths indoors.

Open late even on Sundays. Extensive menu. Lots of ice cream flavors to choose from, lots of toppings and other options. They serve food as well. I really enjoyed the sundae I ordered and my husband enjoyed the milkshake he ordered. Customer service was top notch and we got our order quickly. We highly recommend Ice Cream Factory!

I am extremely disappointed... I showed up at 9 pm to order food and was told the kitchen was closed .. no where on the website dose it say the you can't order food after 9pm so upsetting . We planning on placing a large order .

I have multiple food allergies that are hard to accommodate but I have been having good luck with finding soft serve that’s safe for me.The staff here were great and upon my request brought out the containers for the soft serve mix they use. To my delight, it was safe!!I had a great experience because of how kind and attentive the staff are. Thank you very much!! I’ll be back!
