I have multiple food allergies that are hard to accommodate but I have been having good luck with finding soft serve that’s safe for me.The staff here were great and upon my request brought out the containers for the soft serve mix they use. To my delight, it was safe!!I had a great experience because of how kind and attentive the staff are. Thank you very much!! I’ll be back!
Got two scoops of butter pecan and pistachio ice cream for $7.39, in a waffle cone, and enjoyed it all driving home from Townsend. I know. I should have asked the price before ordering... You may want to do that...

Open late even on Sundays. Extensive menu. Lots of ice cream flavors to choose from, lots of toppings and other options. They serve food as well. I really enjoyed the sundae I ordered and my husband enjoyed the milkshake he ordered. Customer service was top notch and we got our order quickly. We highly recommend Ice Cream Factory!
