“We visited several times during our recent vacation in Truro. We loved the pizza (BBQ chicken - delish), coffee and ice cream. Great ice cream flavors, plenty of mix-ins. Lunch-time service was fast. Always a favorite.“

“I’ve been to Fairway twice, breakfast DOES NOT FAIL. We went this past Friday, we were seated quickly and ordered soon after; I ordered two eggs over easy with corned beef hash, ordered crisp, I’ve had it before, I knew how amazing it is, fresh ground perfectly seasoned corned beef with the potatoes on the side this is not from a can, if you are a can person mash the potatoes and mix the corned beef in you’ll still have the best outcome. My partner had French Toast, which he is still talking about how good it was. My eggs were perfect, the hash was as well. I’m still disappointed that I had not ordered the biscuits and gravy which I had previously, I was trying to show restraint on vacation.

My critique: We were not offered patio seating and it was crowded and cold inside. Then there was the bigger issue of being seated in between a family. We were seated first then a large group came in and sat at the two large tables on either side which made it awkward. We took the rest of our meal to go but unfortunately wound up interrupting the waitress to pay the bill because there was no hostess to ring us. We’ll definitely be back but next time I’ll request the patio or the table against the wall for two. A hostess for paying bills would make things easier“
