Just wanted to come on and give a kudos to Upton House of Pizza after our experience last night. We were heading home exhausted from the waterpark and ordered a pickup order, which included a small GF pizza for my daughter. We picked it up, headed home and as we were pulling into the driveway my phone rang. The young kid at the counter called and frantically asked if we had eaten any of the pizza. Customer service like this is rare these days. We had an issue with a delivery and refund that left me genuinely frustrated, but once Upton House of Pizza understood what had happened, they went above and beyond to make it right—not only taking care of the refund, but making a personal gesture to let us know how much they valued our business. It turned a frustrating experience into one of the most memorable examples of customer service I’ve had in a long time.
