Breakfast burritos, avocado toast and huge tasty sandwiches are the reasons I return to Waterside Market. Ordering on the App speeds things up and is the way to prevent a long wait. This place is very popular!

The lobster roll was awesome! Also had the truffle parmesan fries which were excellent. Nice little wrap around deck to enjoy some people watching.

The food is not amazing but the views are beautiful and the staff is super nice. Come here for a midday drink and lunch. Loved the blood Mary and steamed mussels. The lobster roll was a pass.

The best and most fresh sandwiches on MV. Perfect for taking to the beach large enough to share but perhaps too good to share. Order ahead for takeout or be prepared to wait a little.
Regardless of the long wait to have our sandwiches, we had zero disappointment in our food. Each bite literally melted in our mouths. I was ultimately impressed with their cookies. I kept mine for three days and yet it remained so soft and so good!

Although this site is no longer Bernie’s ice cream, it is still the same ice cream as it was before. It is the best ice cream on the island, although it does not have a ton of novel flavors.

The sandwiches were good- not sure it was worth the wait time though. But the bread was very fresh & I would definitely get the CAB sandwich again. However the Italian needed more meat on it

Ordered our lunch just before noon. At 12:35 went to ask on the status. We were told they would bring it out when it is ready. They would not check the order. We patiently waited another 25 minutes and went in again. Only to find out they could not find our order. We were told they were having issues with their system. After another 15 minutes, they were unable to locate the order with my name or the amount. We paid cash. Next she said, I can either refund your money or re-fire your order but as you can see we are quite backed up right now and it will take an hour. We got our money back because no food is worth a two hour wait. Honest to God the worst service I have experienced in years. Very disappointed because I love their sandwiches. To add fuel to the fire, I remember you. You were so excited too. I'm so sorry. Well then, order my food again, and expedite it! Nope. So we left. I will not be back.

Food was so good!! Sandwiches were piled high in yummy bread with layers of toppings! My French dip sandwich was on ciabatta with lettuce, tomato and melted Brie!! Lobster roll was wonderful too !! The truffle fries were amazing and in large quantity !! Came in a big bag for reasonable price!! We highly recommend this lunch place! Friendly service too!!
