Great food but the hours suck. Frequently not open when their hours claim they are.
Guys, keep your doors open more, please! This is some of the best Italian grub around by far. Don’t be allergic to me wanting to give you money.

Cibo Cafe & Bistro is absolutely outstanding and consistently has great food and service. The food is amazing, fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care every single time. Coffee and lattes are exactly how you want them, and the cannoli's are to die for. Everything is yummy. The staff is always friendly, attentive, and welcoming, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.
They do an incredible job keeping up with demand without sacrificing quality or service. However, some items have received criticism. Their viral cinnamon rolls can seem underproofed, dense, and taste like raw dough, though the cinnamon gooey-ness and frosting are delightful. A breakfast sandwich has been called sad, served with fridge temperature cheese on homemade focaccia that was described as a dense and flavorless, pathetic attempt.
Despite some negative feedback, many customers find the food and service to be 10/10, highly recommend the cafe, and plan to return sooner rather than later.
