Poor management and ownership. They don’t put lids on their coffee properly and wife got burnt because of it. The manger is openly lazy and hates big orders. I supposed to meet the owner on the 7th and he was a no show. The female manager should not be working there if she doesn’t care about making the business money and the owner won’t make her take responsibility for her actions. She needs to be a landmark firing.
