Well, I finally made it to Mojo Sushi for a very special birthday dinner! I have been a Sushi aficionado for many decades, and have enjoyed Sushi from some of the best establishments from around the country, including those in Boston, New York, San Francisco… and let me just say, Mojo served me the BEST Sushi I’ve ever had! I went to Mojo Sushi for the first time today and had a lovely experience. The food was incredible! I tried the edamame app, the Spicy Salmon Maki, Tuna Fans, & the Fantastic Roll. Everything was so fresh & rich in flavor that it didn’t even need a drop of soy sauce! I called ahead for pick up and the gracious host/chef had everything ready in under 15 minutes!
