When I lived in Reading, I'd frequent the cafe and it was amazing! So fresh! So it was a no-brainer for me when looking to order a few trays for my daughter’s bday from the catering side. Except, they do not pick up the phone. Like ever. I also submitted an email inquiry because there's just so much to choose from and I'd hoped to either stop by or pick their ear briefly on the phone. No reply. I must've called 10+ times over the course of the past week and literally no answer. Nothing on website or vm to indicate vacation or otherwise... really don't know what to think. Such a bummer but I will look elsewhere for catering.

I ate here today! It was delicious!! I had a caprese panini and ice coffee and my daughter had a southwestern wrap and homemade lemonade. The sandwiches were a good size, fresh and delicious! The coffee was perfect and the lemonade was like you made it in your own kitchen! Very good.. and friendly service highly recommend and o will be back!
This is an amazing little place in the center of Wakefield- they have a large selection of sandwiches, soups and more, made to order. I love their sandwiches and wish they had the Thanksgiving Panini year round! (Hint, hint) :)It’s a very small place so you may have to wait, but they have a nice outdoor seating area and a small indoor seating area. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Check it out if you’re in the area!

I called Zuzus hoping to have them cater a small brunch. I put an inquiry in online and when I didn’t hear back, I left several messages over the course of a week. I did connect with a women on one occasion and she said they were in the middle of the lunch rush and she would call me back however I still have not heard back. Very disappointing, would have at least appreciated a call or message to acknowledge my inquiry even if they couldn’t fulfill it. Unfortunately can’t recommend them based on customer service.

Hidden gem awesome dishes , wonderful flavors shrimp scampi, eggplant rollatini and raviolis were awesome and reasonably priced ! Friendly owner came over to make sure we were happy with our selections.
