This past weekend I got some catering from Zuzu's Cafe for a family event. Dawn and I communicated by email for the ordering, followed by a quick phone call to confirm. The day of, I picked up the food cold and heated it myself according to Dawn's instructions, and every item we ordered was fantastic. Literally every single person at the party remarked on how great it all was. I highly recommend Zuzu's for any catering needs, and thank Dawn for helping me pull together a successful family event. She couldn't have been nicer or easier to work with (even when I was inadvertently slightly a j*** during pickup because of a previous and completely unrelated interaction I had had earlier that day). We're very likely to order again.

When I lived in Reading, I'd frequent the cafe and it was amazing! So fresh! So it was a no-brainer for me when looking to order a few trays for my daughter’s bday from the catering side. Except, they do not pick up the phone. Like ever. I also submitted an email inquiry because there's just so much to choose from and I'd hoped to either stop by or pick their ear briefly on the phone. No reply. I must've called 10+ times over the course of the past week and literally no answer. Nothing on website or vm to indicate vacation or otherwise... really don't know what to think. Such a bummer but I will look elsewhere for catering.

I remember when they were open as a café, since COVID-19 they have maintained business but are only open for catering. I have not utilized their services since the café/deli closed, but when it was open, it was absolutely amazing. The food is always fresh, delicious, and staff is always friendly and kind. They have wonderful food and service, I hope that they reopen the café in the future! This is a wonderful place!

I've ordered catering 3 times from Dawn at Zuzu's and every time she has provided excellent customer service, accurate and on time order, and the food was delicious! I've ordered, pasta, meatballs, chicken, salmon, potatoes, rice, couscous, veggies and more...can't think of a single complaint about the food! The menu is large, you are able to customize and mix and match to order a different meal every time. I need to feed small-medium groups of people regularly as part of my job, and Zuzu's has become my go to caterer! Will order again!

We ordered from Zuzu's for our Christmas Eve dinner. I had the tenderloin, which came with brussel sprouts and potatoes that were kinda like au gratin. The meat was cooked very nicely and was tender and well seasoned. The potatoes were tasty, and the brussel sprouts were excellent- they didn't have that bitter aftertaste that you sometimes get with them. I would definitely order from them again!

I ate here today! It was delicious!! I had a caprese panini and ice coffee and my daughter had a southwestern wrap and homemade lemonade. The sandwiches were a good size, fresh and delicious! The coffee was perfect and the lemonade was like you made it in your own kitchen! Very good.. and friendly service highly recommend and o will be back!
