I had the bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich for breakfast this morning. Sandwich was ok, about the same as McDonalds. However, the tall older lady taking orders should not be interacting with customers. Couldn’t muster a smile, that’s fine. But barking at me for my order then my name was more than Bostonian.

My kids eat tons of broccoli cheddar soup from here so we go to lots of them. This is a pretty typical Panera except for Daniel at the register. He's a tall dude and the nicest person we've ever met at a Panera!
I don’t know why I went here in the first place. I have had horrible experiences at this location.I picked two salads from drive through. Since when did the Asian Sesame Chicken salad start coming with OLIVE OIL as dressing ? The other salad was basically lettuce and chicken. Sorry, but this is not worth $26 at all! And the lady who took my order seemed more interested in slapping her colleagues butt than serving/helping me with the order. I am launching a formal complaint too.
