Ordered broccoli soup, and 2 toasted Fontega Chicken sandwiches for rapid pickup. Order was not on the shelf when I arrived after getting a notification about it being ready. After I waited to be acknowledged by staff for a couple of minutes I was informed that they had no chips or French baguettes for my sides. Was disappointed with my apples and on top of that there wasn’t much chicken in my sandwich. Soup was good and flavorful though. Not worth it for $36. I wouldn’t recommend...read full review
Hadn't visited Panera Bread for a while and was shocked by the changes I noticed. With tablet ordering very little contact with staff. Little communication on when our order would be ready and where. Very notable prices up and portion size down! When I got to my car found my tea was lukewarm. Not a good experience.

My kids eat tons of broccoli cheddar soup from here so we go to lots of them. This is a pretty typical Panera except for Daniel at the register. He's a tall dude and the nicest person we've ever met at a Panera!
