Inside smelled , they used their hands without gloves to add shrimp in the pan to make rice., they are not sanitary at all. They chef was eating while prelaring food, talking all over it.

Why does every Chinese spot treat you so cheaply, you give no sauce and no utensils when we order on door dash or uber eats it shouldn’t matter what we order you always give utensils and the bag with all the sauces in it!! I specially since you guys take off the part of us writing anything in notes. as if the food already isn’t over priced then you it’s annoying I can’t even eat my food because I’m allergic to things you put in it smh.

I use to buy food here from time to time and not think much of it. The last time I bought food here my rice and chicken tasted like burnt rubber or plastic. I also bought a small beef and broccoli that was 10% beef and 90% broccoli. To make matters worst I bought a 20oz ice tea that cost $3.00.

We made a large order on New Year’s Eve at 6pm. Given that it is a busy night, we ordered ahead of time (for our party) and were told that this order would take 1 hour and 15 minutes. We arrive at the restaurant to pick up our food at 7:10pm and when we get there, it is packed and unorganized. It takes us about 15 minutes to just pay for our order and we notice that the order numbers are all out of place. After about 30 minutes from paying, we went up to the counter to request an estimated wait time, and were notified that the ticket with our order had been lost. Another 30 minutes go by and we are told that our order is being packed. It takes another 20 minutes to pack our order and for us to get our food.
Food is very good but driver was rude. Got mad I wasn’t picking up the phone quick enough despite none of his calls coming through. Told me to respond quicker next time because he has other places to be despite me getting there 1 minute after he sent a text saying he was here.

Vegetarian options: Place is a dump. Surprised health inspector hasn't shut the place down. Kitchen looks horrible, the vents above stove and fryer is disgusting.... probably last time I give them business.
Parking: Dirty like a pigsty. I'm gonna pray before eating. Placed order online. Should have order in store instead. I probably would have walked out.....

Best Chinese I’ve ordered since moving to Waltham! Everything is super flavorful and portions are big- I had enough for 3 meals. It was ready within 15 minutes of order and tasted fresh. Counter service super friendly too, they made sure to wait until I was there to give me my drink from the fridge so it stayed cold which I thought was nice. Second time ordering here and both times were great!
