The best, very best vietnamese food I have had ever.

The food here is good, but the waiting time was unexpectedly long. We came in around 6 pm on a Saturday, with only one customer ahead of us, and no one dining in. Despite this, it took almost 40 minutes for our order (just a sandwich, spring roll, and tea) to arrive. It would have been helpful if the staff informed us about the wait time upfront. Other customers seemed frustrated by the slow service as well, with the initial lively chatter fading as we all waited in silence. Hopefully, they can improve their speed or communication about wait times.

Overall: portions are too small. The value for the money is just not there.
Sandwiches are a bit skimpy and not filling at all. You will leave hungry. Reminds me of subway sandwiches that are mostly bread. The flavor profile is descent and overall sandwiches are not bad. However, If you want your monies worth you need to take a trip to Lowell. Drinks are not good here and are over priced. Rice bowls are nearly empty and are a waste of money.

We love this place and get take out probably at least once a month. Orders are always correct and ready earlier than expected. Everyone is friendly.

Great labeled vegan options. Also, none of the Bahn mis are vegan by default but ordering the seitan and tofu ones without the aioli makes them vegan.

I’ve been twice and they were out of sandwiches both times….
Got a lemongrass steak banh mi and a chicken rice bowl. Both were fantastic.
Will definitely return.

Went in to try their Banh Mi and came back the next day to try their pho! I got the BBQ banh mi and it was delicious! If you don’t like a spicy kick then i suggest not getting the jalapeños. The crispy rolls were a really nice side too. Came back the next day for the brisket pho and it was light, tasty, and the portion was just right. The service and the vibe were perfect too. Down to earth people and great instrumentals in the background. I don’t live around here but if i did i would come here all the time! On top of everything the prices are cheap

Really chill place. The bahn mi is delicious! My fav is the classic, get one with a Vietnamese coffee and it’s a perfect lunch. Absolutely recommended!

I had the most popular sandwich at this shop. Since I like spicy flavors, it was very delicious. It had a lot of ham, but it wasn't too salty, and the pickled vegetables had just the right amount of sweetness. I was in a big hurry, so when I asked, they made and served the sandwich right away. I might have been very rude with my attitude, but the staff were very accommodating and kind. I want to apologize for that. When I go again, I would like to order a lot more items.

Small, family owned place in Waltham with really great Vietnamese food.
The Nashville hot chicken Bahn Mi is my favorite, but the BBQ chicken is a close second! Quick service & the people here are very friendly & welcoming.
One of my local favorites!

The bahn mi tastes good (a little light on the sauce) but mine had a disappointing amount of meat inside, both for the bbq pork and the classic. 1/4 of my bbq pork sandwich was just bread and cucumber. The ones in chinatown/quincy are equally as good with more filling and cheaper price
