Lunch time is slow so service is mediocre. The server we had was OK, did the basic nothing above or beyond. Food was made fresh to order though.

​We visited for the first time recently and had a mixed experience. We were quoted a 15–20 minute wait, but it ended up taking over 40 minutes and a couple of follow-ups to be seated. Unfortunately, the Margherita pizza arrived lukewarm, which was disappointing for a brick-oven spot. While the spinach and artichoke dip was flavorful, the flatbread served with it was quite oily. The team seemed understaffed and was struggling to keep up with the crowd. That said, I’m willing to give them another try next time I’m in the Waltham/Lexington area—hoping it was just an off night!
Bertucchi in other locations quite seemed to have set the bar high.

Wow, the pizza here was great! The ricotta, the dough, and the Italian sausage were all very good. Even the bread they give you with the oil and seasonings dip was very good!

The food was very good, typical Bertucci's quality. It was cold outside so we asked to sit away from the door so were seated near the kitchen which ended up being pretty noisy, however, it did not take away from a good time with family.

We were so happy to find a Bertucci's that hadn't closed down. Their Waltham location was perfect for our family dinner. Servers were super nice and attentive. We'd go back anytime!

Its a shame you no longer offer delivery... I've tried ordering online... but there's no way to customize the order... (cook light...extra sauce on the side...)

It was wonderful until we noticed that in the dining room area that had already been cleaned out, they had little rat friends running around and then we packed up our food or left our food and walked out of the restaurant
