My experience a this BurgerKing was awful, I ordered food online through it app, and after a hour of me placing the order i checked the app and it kept saying that they were preping my order. I try to cancel it and i couldn't do it, so i contacted customer support and explained the situation, and the agent just told me that it was not their responsability because that order was out of delivery, and it says that it was delivered but the driver didn't contact me, and i was never saw that my order was on the way. Customer sastifaction is not their priority 👎

Horrible service. We came at 2:40 and they weren’t taking any other orders. Mind you they closed at 3:30, I’d understand closing the kitchen at 3 but this is ridiculous. And when you order online it still tells you it’s open. By 3:03 they had packed everything up and workers had left.

Horrible service. I ordered chicken fries and I was in a rush to hit the highway to go home and they gave the spicy chicken fries which I did not order. They also did not give any ketchup, which they didn't even ask if I wanted. I get it's fast food, but with prices the way they are today. You should get what you want and are paying for. Seriously disappointed!
This may be the cheapest Burger King on earth. They only put one slice of cheese on the double cheeseburger. Even though the pictures and description clearly have 2.

The service is terrible, the employees are inattentive and very slow. I made an order in the app via phone, I went to the store, said the order number and they told me to wait, I stood and waited for a very long time, then I look and the customers who made the order much later than me had already received their order and eaten it, I immediately realized something was wrong, I went to the checkout and it turned out that my order had been ready for a long time, but they didn’t say anything and in the end my order was cold, they refused to make a new one for me and just heated up my order right with the package in the microwave. The order was no longer tasty, I was dissatisfied with this establishment and the employees working there, especially the managers

Did take out Saturday February 1st. We both had whoppers, fries, and onion rings. I got nauseous later Saturday night, then very ill early and all day Sunday vomiting etc with apparent food poisoning or stomach bug is possible. My boyfriend just got nauseous. Still have acid reflux Tuesday. Needless to say, never eating here again.
