My order was missing cheese, mayonnaise, and ketchup on all 4 sandwiches. The fries were soggy and cold, they looked old. The tomatoes were of very poor quality.

I was in the men's room and a cook came out of the toilet and returned through the kitchen door, without washing his hands. That's disgusting. I manage a restaurant and have documented as well as sent employees home for not washing their hands. I will not return to this location.

Found a bug in the lettuce of my whopper when I got home. When I contacted customer service about it, they didn’t accept it because I didn’t take the photo with the bug and lettuce still in the Burger King wrapping. Don’t eat fast food and expect quality. Food or service.

Went there at about 11:30 am for lunch. I had the whopper meal. The sandwich was cold, French fries tasted like it was cooked in old oil so did the onion rings. The place looked run down. The service was good the manager did most of the work. Nice guy. Very friendly.

The Burger King locations in Waltham MA must be owned by the same person. They only put a single slice of cheese on a double cheeseburger. Terrible business. The picture shows 2 slices and every other BK location does 2 slices on a double except these locations. It is false advertising and cheap.

I went through the drive thru and ordered what I always order, but they gave me what they wanted. I got home and saw the order. Guess what, I had to go back to get what I ordered. Bad customer service and they were angry for looking for what I paid for. Remember, you are not doing me a favor.
