Guy running the drive through had no idea what was going on. I ordered in the app and he told me it was not here and to leave. When another employee came over to the drive through she was able to confirm that I did indeed have an order. No idea why she wasnt running the drive through in the first place. If you are going to accept mobile orders make sure you know what names go to what orders.
