regarding a recent review from Katyko, I visited caffe ollo this morning and this is how this lovely place looks like. It has such an amazing atmosphere, their drinks are amazing, a very cozy and warm place to hang out & staff is so kind and welcoming. no shade but if you check closely that same review was also posted a year ago trying to make this place look bad when in reality it’s completely the opposite. love you ollo, will be back soon!

Hi y’all! Please, I ask you to stick with me till the end on this post - my intention is TO ALERT PPL who have a disability or have diseases related to their back. It was our 1st time visiting the place, I have to say the atmosphere, music and bathroom are pretty nice as well the smoothies the food a little high in price but nothing surprising nowadays , right? However, my biggest concern or complaint is primarily about the CHAIRS. I met up with my BBF there for the 1st time I traveled pretty far by train to try the place , we had high expectations. We were working for more an hour of so we were sitting in the gray chairs and the white tables (btw tables are lower than the chairs, your posture will NEVER be good) they are pretty much UNCOMFORTABLE. Additionally, they are 100% UNFRIENDLY for ppl with serious back problems. I was uncomfortable most of the time and left the place directly to the EMERGENCY room because I couldn't move properly. And guess what ? I ended up with a pinched nerve due to my posture. I went to the ER at 6:30 p.m. ish in a terrible pain that I wasn’t able to think , It was a nightmare then I left at 3:30 a.m. had to pay an Uber plus the expenses that I incurred that ofc will come after the intervention last nite . $$$$ PLEASE pretty PLEASE-BEAUTIFUL PPL who visit the place who have health problems/back issues DO NOT STAY SITTING THERE, the chairs generate a terrible pressure on your lower back because they have a unfriendly design, cero ergonomic and not comfortable at all additionally to my bad luck, mine was unstable, almost broken. Please if you care of your spine don’t ever sit there!// A follow up- till today I’m paying the bill from the ER / chiropractor. It’s so frustrating!!!! 5/14 .1/7/2026 update - I HAD A SURGERY in my back and since I sat in those chairs my back got worse and worse, I’m hoping they do change them!

Caffé Ollo in Waltham is such a hidden gem! The Italian Caprese Toast Sandwich was fresh and flavorful, while the Chicken Salad Croissant and Classic Ham & Cheese Croissant were buttery, flaky, and absolutely delicious. I also loved their pastries – the Blueberry Cheese Danish and Blueberry Mascarpone Slice were light yet indulgent, and the Strawberry Cake Slice was the perfect sweet treat.
Their smoothies are amazing too – you can really taste the difference with the 100% real fruit. The Berry Berry Smoothie was refreshing, the Mango Smoothie was tropical and smooth, and the Harvest Green Smoothie felt both healthy and tasty.
Cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, and high-quality food and drinks make this place a must-visit café in Waltham!

I ordered a rose matcha latte and a cream cheese bagel, and both items were pretty good! The seating could be a bit better since the tables are kind of small, but I also know that it's a small space

Hi there. New to the area and caffe OLLO really wrapped its arms around us and made us feel at home and connected to community. The staff have been awesome and the food and drinks outstanding! Thank you. Would love to see wood or non plastic stir options. For all the obvious reasons, it would enhance the overall experience.

Beautiful place! I love the tiramisu latte. They have so many choices and the average standard of their drinking is good. The atmosphere is nice, the cakes look tasty. Highly recommended. I’d say they get the best coffee in Waltham.
