Every time I order food from this Chipotle, the barbacoa gets a little bit blander, the temperature when I pick it up is a little bit colder, and the proportion of lettuce to everything else gets a little bit higher. I think today was my breaking point.

Checked this one of top rated Chipotles in greater Boston area and not disappointed. Food quality was great ( however it’s 1pm Sunday). Service is great. Not sparkling clean but clean. Lemonade and drinks(not soda) weren’t cold but I’ve maker is right here. But we are here for the food-which was very good!

My friends ordered from here and don't eat beef due to religious reasons, only to take a bite into it and there was beef the food! Absolutely ridiculous ?♂️
Disgusting .......I ordered a burrito with a large size of guacamole to go, only to find an avocado peel in it as I arrived home... These people don't care ! I contacted Chipotle through the website and spoke with Chelsi Mae who's title is " Customer care coordinator" and she refused to offer me a full refund even after I sent her a copy of my receipt and the image of the peel !!! Save your money and spend it with a company who values they're customers!

Pathetic place, run by terribly incompetent individuals. Today they messed up my order, my partners order, and after all that, I found a hair in burrito. When I took the burrito back to them the manager very promptly offered a refund as if this happens everyday. Disgusted, and never coming back.
