Elizabeth Zabbo and Lauren Cap treat there employees very unfairly

I know that everyone has a different experience, and I do not discount anyone's negative reviews, but I personally think that Circles is one of the best places I have worked. They were extremely supportive of everything that we wanted to do, and the Work Life balance that they provided was second to none. Work is what you make it, and every site is different--keep in mind that most workers here are based at Satellite worksites, integrated with the particular clients, and not in the main office.

Please do not waste your time and talent on this company! Very toxic environment with extreme gas-lighting culture. Completely disorganized, unprofessional workplace full of negativity. Any good review you read about this company is 100%fake and lying to try to make this horrible company look good.The on-site supervisor is illiterate, inexperienced in her role and condescending towards people of color with darker skin. The supervisor will tell you to work at another location but will secretly terminate your employment based on her personal issues and bad mood.The manager is based in Massachusetts and is highly dismissive and shows favoritism towards employees who can be controlled by fear and distracted with workplace drama. The entire staff from top to bottom has exhibited catty, intentionally nasty behavior.The workers at the DC site have inappropriately abrasive, unprofessional street attitudes that don't mesh well with corporate culture at all. They are loud and curse/talk at each other instead of to each other. The way the job was described to me in the interview was completely different from the actual job. Circles crams 6-8 people to fit at a 15 foot long desk during the same 8 hour shift with no rotations and that was not mentioned in the interview.The manager doesn't care about anything that doesn't directly affect her personally and didn't care to hide that fact. HR messed up paychecks almost every pay period, they were either delayed, over paid by thousands of dollars or underpaid by hundreds. Very shady company. I also wouldn't trust any company that uses Circles as a vendor. The worst job experience ever.

Terrible place to work, nasty people, racist and not friendly, also the pay is terrible. the CEO Dutch guy(Wouter Broekema) is cool, but the rest of the management that works for him are racist and mean,You do not want to work here.

This is the friendliest, hard working, dedicated group of people I have ever worked with. They practice what they preach when it comes to quality of life and concern for the clients and employees.
