The customer service quality at this cafe varies greatly. Improvements in customer service, particularly in attentiveness to orders and respectful conflict resolution are essential.

Brownies are good despite being gluten free! Haha… Nutella cruffins are worth whatever fat/sugar intake I’m choosing to overlook

The best coffee in Waltham hands down. We were only sorry we discovered it so late during our visit! The sweet treats are divine and they have some of the most pleasant employees on the planet.

Really good coffee, friendly service, and a very aesthetically well-decorated vibe. But one thing that really sets them apart is their active involvement in being a part of the community through supporting local non-profits and collaborating with local businesses to make their neighborhood a better place, a better community. Buy their Common Good Cup of coffee, and they will give you a choice in where a portion of the proceeds of that cup goes with one of their three spotlighted and always changing charities or non-profits detailed on their wall. Your morning coffee can do good.

I like hanging out here. The coffee is okay, as are the baked goods. The people are all great, and the charitable program is an awesome addition. I would stay away from the egg sandwiches, though. Overall, a good local coffee shop to get some reading done in.Update: they are an evangelical Christian organization. Their owners are from Renaissance Church and were sponsored by Bridgepoint Christian Church. They are explicitly interested in microchurches. They also have had complaints of toxic management from employees in the past. Bear this in mind when you buy coffee there.

You can tell there is a high degree of thoughtfulness at Common Good. It is a blend of front door coffeeshop and workspace in the back area. The operations are a bit reminiscent of Apoc Apoc in Barcelona, where there is food and drink, but also business support and office space, though Common Good has a bit more of a commercial feel to it than indoor garden.Beverages and food are good. I ordered a gluten-free egg sandwich and the golden toast marks on the GF bread was designed for the visual. Since we eat with our eyes first, I was impressed. Next time I'll order double bacon when I get it.Packaging and operations consider sustainability, so they get two thumbs up! Much better than some other places around the region.Stop by to see a real gem in the Waltham area!Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free and dairy-free options available!

Paid a visit to the folks over at the common good coffee shop expecting a mediocre cup of joe. Not today.. not today. Had them brew me the maple syrup iced latte, the thing knocked my socks off, absolutely incredible cup of coffee.

Really enjoyed the atmosphere, seating, and friendly staff. Solid London Fog Tea, but the chai appeared to be from a box last time I got it which was disappointing. Docked one star because there was not homemade chai mix which I would expect for the cost. No vegan pastry options, but plenty of vegetarian choices.
