Recently had a surprise birthday party at Craft Food Hall. The catering staff was excellent in assisting with putting together the perfect menu specific to my event and time. They responded quickly to all of my questions and concerns. The party turned out great. Many compliments from the guests on the food, the service and the overall fun atmosphere. The manager Nate who was on duty made sure everything ran smoothly. To sum it up, delicious food, great venue and awesome staff!!!
We hosted a two-day workshop at Craft Food Halls City Point, and the experience was outstanding! From the start, Vinny and Alley were communicative, organized, and ready to meet every need. During the event, both were consistently available and helpful—Alley even assisted with last-minute food orders, making the process seamless. The venue, service, and coordination were all top-notch.
