If i could give this store a 0 star i would i ordered food they say it was delivered and it never was i try to call the store and they dont anwser so i keep the phone ringing drive to the store and the lady is sitting there just letting the phone ringing not answering it and then says i gave the wrong address the food is at the front desk of my hotel so i call my hotel and they say no food was ever delivered here for your room so if i never drove her i would have been robbed pretty much and the lady was super rude when i walk in asking why my order was completed and never delivered. Made my food and sent me on my way like it was no big deal worst dominoes i have ever used

Worst Domino's I've ever ordered from, few months ago the delivery guy left my order on my porch, I get my food, open it up and the dude dropped all my food and didn't say a thing, pizza flipped upside down, food everywhere in the box. I just ordered again, the food got to my house, then the delivery guy yells and says "I'll be back, gotta switch bags with someone" and leaves without giving my food

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. I have always loved Dominos, usually I can count on quick and easy delivery. At this location though, my order took an hour longer than it was expected to take. I tried calling multiple times to make sure I would still receive my order… no one answered the phone. When my order was finally delivered they were missing half of my order, despite the recipient having the correct information. Absolutely awful experience and the pizza was cold.

Awful experience. I scheduled my delivery to arrive at 12pm and it arrived at 1:40pm. Driver went to the wrong location twice. Food was cold and the driver even dropped one item without apologizing or anything. I couldn't even get a refund because the Customer Service line was a 20+ minute wait. I would not recommend this Domino's to anyone.

I’d like to file a complaint about the delivery driver. I ordered my food at night, and when it arrived, the driver spoke to me rudely, even shouting, “Take your pizza and go.” If he doesn’t enjoy his job, he shouldn’t be doing it, but treating people that way is unacceptable. Since he was an older “man” , I chose not to say anything to him and let him leave, but I reported him afterward.

Food isn't that bad most of the time with a few one offs.
But when your instructions say to call when here, leave on chair and to NOT ring the bell..you're kind of surprised when the doorbell goes off.
My grandfather is on hospice, and I have 3 sleeping kids when I order at night. I don't need any 4 of them disturbed. Well tonight I didn't even get to eat my food until it was cold because of them ringing the bell.
I tried to call to compain probably about 4 times, and no one picked up, one time they actually picked up and ended the call only 3 rings in.
So I definitely won't even be reccomending the company either.

I recently placed a large business order through Domino's app, only to find that the delivery date was incorrect. When I tried to contact the store to resolve the issue, their phone line was consistently unanswered, and there was no voicemail or answering service. I was unable to reschedule or cancel the order, despite my repeated attempts. Even after opening a customer service case, I received no response. To make matters worse, the order was delivered the next day, despite my efforts to resolve the issue.

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service and the inability to manage my order. It is unacceptable that there is no option to reschedule or cancel orders placed in advance, and the store's phone line is consistently unanswered. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
