THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST DUNKIN I HAVE EVER ORDERED FROM. The people that work there are literally miserable and they DO NOT listen. I live 5 minutes away so I’m always coming here but it looks like I’m gonna have to travel a little further just to get some good service. The women taking my order started to rush- making my order incorrectly as a line behind me started to form.I ordered doordash from here a couple weeks ago because I was sick and they gave me the completely wrong order. When I mustered up the strength to go down there. The guy was SO angry, gave me a horrible attitude and wanted to take the food back (which my sister worked at Dunkin’ for over a year and you’re not supposed to do that)! I don’t even think I will return here it’s just SO BAD.

The staff never has a clue what is going on, they don't understand the names of their own drinks. The owner comes in every morning and rearranged all of the tables pasteries with his bare hands, absolutely no gloves or hand washing involved. The manager is incredibly rude to her staff.

No one ever smiles -they make you feel like you are bothering them -and they never have what the new promo are -went there a few times to try something new -they never have the new promotions - not going back - they are just awful!!! Wish I could give 0 stars!!!
