I went and buy a ice coffee and the spanish lady say something else i say if she can give me a free donut and she wanted to charge me without telling me very rude and decline it never going again for sure there very greedy....

Bathroom was disgusting and is only 10Am on a Monday. Although is convenience to most of the court house employees is sad that is so nasty the Bathroom and no Toilet paper

Couldn’t help but notice the covered mousetrap immediately in the front entrance. How inappropriate is this, situated right next to the pet store that sells mice for pets?! It was difficult to explain to my little boy after we had just visited the pet store where he was in awe of the little micr that are pets. We won’t go there again! Dunkin’ Donuts, read the room!

Horrible service. Stood at counter with no acknowledgement. One employee who was occupied told another to come help us. That employee responded that no she wasn’t going to. That it was almost time to leave. AWFUL. Luckily, we were just driving through the area and will never be back employees need to be versed in customer service. Also constantly sweeping and cleaning around us instead of waiting till customers leave the store

It happened 3 times in 2024 that their espresso machine was broken and cannot fulfill my order of latte. They ended up gave me regular coffee which is much cheaper than I paid. ( I paid through app). The same thing happened a few years ago too.

I kept giving opportunities to this DD, but all I get is disappointment
