The woman with fake nails and long brown hair in the morning needs to go. This girl is constantly on her phone and never ask if she can help you. Seeing that the line is to the door and the men are all running around her ,she either stands in the corner by the donuts or leaning against the counter talking on her phone. How can an order ever be right with someone like that representing your company. And to her, priority is taking the online orders before helping who is in front of her . Why is that? Cause then she doesnt get interrupted on her phone.. management needs to watch her and do something about this. You will lose repeat customers. Its sad too that all the men there in the morning deserve all the tips but yet have to share with her when she is doing absolutely nothing. 🤔 how is that fair to the hardworking men? I applaud them all. Always friendly, smiling and repeats the order to make sure they have it correct. Those are the guys who deserve the tips.

I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese on a croissant, which usually doesn’t come with any sauce except ketchup if you choose it. But for some reason, it came with spicy mayo, which I definitely didn’t want on my sandwich. I was late for work and couldn’t go back inside to fix it, so I just had to deal with it. In the end, I gave the sandwich to a homeless guy and did my good deed for the day. This Dunkin isn’t a bad one overall, but this visit left me feeling pretty frustrated.

On thur July 11th at 17.30pm went to this store the lady who served me is extremely disrespectful, gave half the order left went swept and came back ask rudely what else, made my croissant threw it on top of the table and pointed the door. Never done review on anything but but I didn't feel safe eating or taking the drink at all.

Worst experience ever !! SHAME TO YOU GUYS FOR SUCH A POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!I ordered coffee and munchkins for my kids! I ordered curbside ! And the guy(older) who brought my order wasn’t correct! So I kindly asked if he could give me the right amount of munchkins! He took the bag and answered with angry attitude go get yourself!Yes I would if I wouldn’t have three kids with in the car ! And that’s why you have this option for curbside !
