Dunkin, what more can I say? Our service and food was as expected. Staff prepared our order quickly. A visit to Dunkin is a must when visiting Massachusetts!

I placed a mobile order at this location and it was handled very poorly. They made the coffee first and then took their time with the rest of the order, without even calling my name when it was ready. By the time everything was finally done, the coffee was already cold. Both the avocado toast and bagel were charred and burnt, which made them almost inedible. The tables were dirty, there were no napkins available, and the staff showed no interest in being helpful or friendly. Everyone behind the counter looked frustrated and miserable to be there, and it really showed in the service. Easily one of the worst Dunkin’ experiences I have had.

I asked for a dunkalatte with an extra shot and she absolutely did not give me the extra shot...I don't understand how chil fil a is that good and you guys can't even make a coffee is under 6 min?

The place was kind of empty and everything was kind of dirty and disorganized and mind you there were 4 employees, I waited for my order for more then 20 minutes just to find out that it was ready 15 minutes ago they just didn’t bother to tell me it was my order

Got a refresher but it tasted too sweet and watered down--dunkin donuts tastes like mot good ingredients we need more fresh organic variety and not artificial flavors--we need real ingredients

Convenient in Waltham, not too far from hotels. Some one-way streets, so follow your GPS. I'm new to the area, both car GPS and Google Directions got me their to this DD location properly, on different occasions.
Had good fresh iced tea & a breakfast sandwich. Was there recently at 1 pm on a Wednesday, and they still had some donuts left, etc.
Definitely will be a returning customer. Thanks to the staff at this Dunkin location!
