the store was really clean and the atmosphere is nice with lots of seating. However, the 2 workers had a lot of trouble figuring out what I was ordering. I ordered a medium iced decaf macchiato with vanilla and it took them a while to ring it up. When he finished making it it looked fine and then he took it away and made another. It came out light as milk and since it’s a macchiato it’s a stronger coffee. I don’t know how this could be messed up..? I used a reward and the...

The food was alright, I got a chai tea latte, a bagel, snacking bacon and a bagel twist and they were all ok. The chai tea latte took 15 minutes to get and the snaking bacon quantity is less that other Dunkin's I have been too. The workers are polite and were very understanding about my displeasure with how long it took to get the latte. The place was clean for how busy it was and all the workers were doing their job.

Giving 3 stars for good service but the quality at DD has gone way down in the last few years (all Dunkins I've been to, not just this one). Iced coffee now is extremely watery, doesn't even taste like coffee. Muffin was raw inside.
