They never toast the bagels, serve pre-frozen, plastic-tasting eggs, and the bagels almost always come with missing ingredients.

Don’t shop here management discriminates against disabled people. Companies like this deserve to fail. The owner deserves to starve.
Update the business hours. It says you're open from 12-9pm on Sunday yet at 5pm you've shut all the lights off already. In a remote university like Bentley, it's hard to find a place to eat within walking distance if you are a non-resident student. The only other place to eat on a Sunday is a 15 min walking distance away, so showing accurate hours becomes important to make sure students are eating adequately.
Apparently “inside” some sort of some school, according to other reviews. Well they’re right, and it’s a great place to stop and get bagel plus drink between class
In a school??? Probably something you should mention. Also closed when it said it was open
Hidden inside some school? The road is inaccessible and they don’t answer the phone... avoid
I work nearby and occasionally stop by to eat their bagel burger. Other pastries here are also quite good and the prices are reasonable.
Bagels are certainly not as fresh as other locations.
Not the best but if you're visiting Bentley, worth stopping
Pretty good

Honestly, this place blows. Staff looked unengaged and had no personality whatsoever. They barely put any cream cheese in my bagel, and had barely toasted it as well. I don't attend the school, but I work nearby. Only reason I didn't give it 1 star was that it was convenient to get to.
Recommend if you like overpaying for bad food and bad service.
Superb Salmon Bagel Burger!!
The food is good but their hours aren't quite long enough.
get the Italian toastini fam you won't regret it
