Ordered a chai latte. It tasted sour…almost like it was made of yoghurt. Told the staff, who remade it. The second one tasted worse, which makes me think they just do not understand how to make chai.

Spent my break driving here but when I called neither of the employees working could give me even the slightest directions on how to locate this from the parking lot?
Great place to get a quick bite if the line isn't ridiculously long. Workers have no personality and could seem to care less.couldn't even get a simple order right. Would never make it if it wasn't on a college campus

I don't think I've ever met a group of more incompetent people. It's actually impressive how Brandeis has managed to find the most dim people in the entire world and get them to work in one bagel shop. It's actually the one impressive thing Brandeis has been able to achieve on campus. Don't worry, they didn't lose your order! You're meant to receive it 20 minutes late. Party. Brandeis wants you to be sad, and hires stupid people on purpose.
