I asked for a little bacon cheeseburger and was over charged for the regular bacon cheeseburger. The girl at the register was rude and talking who knows what with the other workers in Spanish. My burger was basically uncooked!! Unbelievable service and I was super nice the whole time

The person who took our order either needs to be re-trained on customer interactions or find another job. When we walked in he was talking to his coworker. As we approached the counter, he looked at us, turned his back to us, and continued talking to his coworker. When he decided he was ready to take our order, he came to the register with absolutely no welcoming or positive energy whatsoever. The cherry on top (or the nail in the coffin) was getting a large fry and having half of them be obviously twice-fried.

Ive always had a good experience with this five guys. The food quality is good and consistent. The wait can sometimes take a bit when they are busy but usually it’s not too bad and they are well staffed. Would recommend.

Cheeseburger wasn't bad. Chocolate milkshake was more like a very soupy, very chocolate milk. I ordered in store so this was not the result of delivery. The counter person was friendly. The place looked very clean but as another person mentioned the floor was quite slippery which was peculiar.

My child has been sick with food poisoning for 2 days now after consuming a burger and fries from this location.

Did an online order for a bacon burger with an extra patty on a lettuce bun (on the keto diet) and when I got home I was missing a patty. I called to try and get a refund but almost no one spoke English. When I was finally able to speak to someone my only options were to drive back (30-40 minutes round trip) and I could get a replacement or a refund. I had no intention of driving another 30-40 minutes, but I will never go back to this location.

Great food, but it feels like they mop the floor with burger grease. How do floors so far from the kitchen get so greasy? It's the whole place, as soon as you step through the door. Great food, love the fries~
