Our family got food poisoned after eating a cheeseburger takeout and some peanuts from here. I suspect it’s the peanuts which makes it worse since it could be aflatoxin. Be careful.

I often order online, but when I come the order is always not ready on time, they work very slowly, it seems they don’t have enough staff, even when there are 2-3 visitors in the hall they still take a very long time

Nobody else in the store, order still took about 17 minutes to come out, the burger was missing things and had random things added and wasnt even hot. Fries seemed old and reheated. The shake i got was barely mixed and that was after i had asked for it a second time because the first time nobody took care of it. Youre better off spend8ng your money elsewhere.
These two ladies are doing an excellent job!! Despite being overworked!

An order placed at 9:10PM, we waited until 9:57PM to have the order cancelled, I hope this is only at the Waltham store, completely disappointed, as we only live 10 minutes away from the store
