Alex, the young woman running the truck, was incredibly friendly, warm, and professional, making each guest feel welcome and cared for. She brought such a positive energy that really made the experience even more special.
The ice cream was absolutely delicious—creamy, flavorful, and served with a smile. Every family in attendance found a flavor they loved, and the variety of toppings made it even more exciting for the kids (and adults!). Our families are still raving about it!
The truck itself was a showstopper—clean, bright, and full of charm. It instantly caught everyone’s attention and added such a fun vibe to our event.
We were also so impressed with how easy the payment process was. Everything was smooth and convenient, and the prices were incredibly friendly and fair—especially considering the high-quality service and delicious treats.
Even though we booked them just about an hour in advance, Alex showed up promptly and was so kind and flexible that she stayed an extra hour to make sure everyone had a chance to enjoy their ice cream. That level of care and professionalism is rare and truly appreciated.
