Good food but very expensive for small portions. $70 for dinner and didn't even get alcohol.
The food is consistently good and the service is excellent. Cost is a little bit high, but that's Tapas for you. Will be back soon!
Creative cooking with a variety of options. Inventive cocktails, too. Superb service is attentive but not overbearing. Needs to install sound absorbing materials.

Gustazo's is a favorite of ours. There were a few seats last minute and we grabbed two through Open Table. Food is full of flavor and some new taste treats had been added to the tapas we were looking forward to. Cocktails were generous. Most memorable was the service. We were watched over and pampered with water pours and extra napkins. Dirty plates were taken promptly. This all despite the fact that the restaurant was very full. Worth every penny!
Gustazo has an excellent atmosphere though very loud . Our appetizers were tiny for price and waitress had no clue about cocktails Honestly, not worth the prices
Excellent food and service!

Great food and service. Innovative menu. A bit loud if you are hearing impaired like me, but they found a reasonably quiet corner for us.

Great atmosphere. Recommend for snacking and drinking.
Or dishes were salty though. I’d go somewhere else for a real Cuban food experience.

Easily our favorite Cuban restaurant in New England. (And my Mom was born in Cuba, so I am both intimately familiar with & very picky about good, authentic Cuban food!) The atmosphere is cozy with dim, soothing, easy-on-the-eyes lighting, high ceilings, and vintage “old Cuba” inspired artwork/ambiance. For apps: yuca frita, empanadas, croquetas de jamon are our go-tos. The ropa vieja & puerco asado are our favorite comfort food meals; if you’re doing apps, the meals are definitely big enough to share. Their mojitos are exceptional and refreshing with just enough mint. We’ve never had room for dessert, but one of these days, we’re dying to try the churros because they look to die for! All in all, we’ve been to Gustazo’s a few dozen times over the past six years, both for intimate date nights and also bigger gatherings like birthday/grad parties, and the food and service are always stellar. Grateful to have a Cuban gem like this in Massachusetts!

Enjoyed a lovely dinner for four at Gustazo/Waltham. The tapas were all excellent. Highly recommended. My only wish is that the noise level were lower, but that seems to be either impossible or just the way management likes it.
First time, dining here... Beautiful surroundings, professional, great service, and the food was creative and absolutely delicious! We'll definitely be back!
We love Gustazo, but Saturday night was a service disaster beginning-to-end - from fundamentals to details. It was so bad that I'm sending a private note to the management team because I don't want to bash the restaurant we love in public. It's just proof that no restaurant is perfect and every one of them can have a bad night. Go to Gustazo! It's great, and we took one for the team! :-)
