This company treats their employees badly. The sandwiches are low quality, yet expensive. The CEO of this company is also a horrible person. I can't recommend enough NOT to eat here

Love Jimmy John’s! However, this location continues to lower its standards. No line and I still had to wait for 2-3 mins before I was acknowledged, and my order taken. Sticker paper was being allowed to touch the sandwich meat and wasn’t corrected until I said something. Employees had headphones in while they were working. I had to bag my own sandwich and when I got home I realized they didn’t give me my full order.

My sub was made from scratch not pre-made. When I ordered by the time I finished paying my sub was made and ready to go. Very impressed. And!, it was delicious. The sub bun was very fresh. I got the East Coast Spicy Italian Sub. It was one of the best I've had. Definitely recommend it and Jimmy John's.

Sandwich was fine but the bread wasn't fully cooked...
The snark about bologna and "fine ingredients " in an earlier response to a review is rich considering my husband and I both suffered the worst food poisoning of the last decade as a result of your sandwiches. It's the only thing we ate yesterday in common and we were both blowing chunks about 4-5 hours afterwards. Never ever again. Jersey mikes would never.

As a previous GM for a Jimmy johns and not have been to a jimmy johns in a few years since I moved back to NH, this location has no “energy” no WELCOME IN, nothing. I drove an hour to be told there was no bread and it would be 20 minutes, with one loaf sitting there I was still told I’d have to get a wrap, wheat or unwhich. I said kindly there’s one left, they said we want to use it for this delivery. I nicely said I just drove an hour for a sub, so I guess I’ll be calling to ensure bread is available next trip. Second off, they don’t ask if you’re a rewards member and she got snippy when I asked to put it in. The sub was amazing but the service did not remind me of a Jimmy Johns I am used to.

Avoid this location! I found this shop about 2 months ago and started coming in once or twice a week for just over a month, I always ordered from the same menu item and my sandwich always came to approx $10.59 with tax. one day I was checking my online banking and saw a charge for $63.00 and some change. obviously there was a mistake, I called store location and the guy basically hung up on me, I called the corporate office and was told that the Waltham manager would contact me within 24 hrs. I never heard from anybody, I put a claim in through my bank but since I didn't have my sandwich receipt for that date my claim was denied. I feel completely ripped off. I am back to Subway and Jersey Mike's for sandwiches. Be very careful using a credit card at this location, and save your receipts. I do now, no matter how minimal the purchase.
