We ate here Saturday night. Everything was delicious. Service excellent. My burger was perfectly cooked and French fries are addictive. Atmosphere great we got in at 6 w reservation for 12. We beet the rush and there was definitely a rush. Amazed all the food is produced in a one manned small kitchen located right next to the bar Highly recommend!

I was eating in the outdoor seating area in the back last night and there was a large rat walking around. Complete turn off. I realize it’s outdoors and everything but this is unacceptable to see a rat walking around the tables. I won’t be back!

Disappointed in food, and prices. I have been going to the Cambridge location since 2019. I'm a long time fan and customer there. I've never had a bad meal or any issues. Food is 10/10. I was going to a work event in Watertown and the JSM in Waltham was very close to the event. Because the reputation of the Cambridge location precedes itself I thought I would be in good hands. The first red flag was when the bartender kept insisting that this location was better. Better food, better drinks, better this and that. I understand friendly competition between establishments, but to keep harping on it, I should have taken that as a warning. I ordered a usual favorite, the baked mac and cheese with grilled chicken on it. I was surprised how fast the food came up, but it wasn't busy so I didn't think anything of it. The grilled chicken was good. Perfect. No problems there. The mac and cheese however was barely warm. Clearly not baked. Most likely microwaved poorly. The cheese sauce was also way too thick. I love cheese sauces but this had parts with the consistency of mashed potatoes. Just hard to eat and swallow. I asked them to heat it better since it wasn't cooked properly but it didn't improve the quality much. I can't understand how any place can mess up something as simple as baked mac and cheese. The next shock was when the bill came. It was a good 8 dollars higher than the Cambridge location. Granted I moved across the state recently and haven't been able to visit my Cambridge haunt in 5 months, so maybe both locations ipped prices....but I have receipts of the same meal and cocktail ordered and Waltham was more expensive than my last visit to Cambridge in August 2024. So I'm going to just stick to the Cambridge location. 5 years there and countless visits, I know the menu and staff and regulars there well. I never expected the Waltham location to be such a letdown. I'm not sure what else to say other than, maybe only go here for drinks. The kitchen clearly can't handle the menu and the prices seem way too high for the quality and amount being served. I'll be sticking to the Cambridge location from here on.

I'm visiting Boston for work this week. I was craving Wings, I looked up the place on line, it had 4 stars, and I decided to take a chance and visit.
The restaurant is more bar than restaurant, nothing special. It seemed to be a place for locals, not super friendly, very much in line with New England, tough to break in and be noticed. It was shift change, my observation, so I'll give them a pass.
Despite that, the food was excellent, served quickly and delicious.

Always very good bar food as the kitchen is well run. Could benefit from a wider beer selection and a bit broader menu but highly recommended as a great neighborhood bar.
This is one of the best places in the state to get chicken wings. They also have great sliders, and the beer is cold and tasty too. I drive 45 mins to and hour to get here and will definitely be back. Weds seems to be trivia night and we suck so bad at answering the questions but it is a lot of fun to participate

Very cool little spot… the burgers and especially the Cuban sandwich were phenomenal and our waitress was adorable!
