Kairos bakery is a hidden gem. They are small but amazing. We found them two years ago when we were looking to order cake last minute for my daughter’s birthday. They made a custom Minnie Mouse cake for her second birthday that so fluffy and moist that everyone was raving about the cake for days. Both the frosting and the cake was not very sweet which I really liked. This year we got a princess cake which looked better than I imagined. I will never go to any other bakery for birthday cakes ever.

I want to give this small business a very huge shoutout! My company was doing a huge PD day last Friday, and one of our senior leaders had a birthday, so we wanted to provide cupcakes for her and our staff. The owner was a pleasure, and he was happy to take our large order of 250 cupcakes for a great price. Not only was the price great, but the cupcakes were raved about by all the staff at our event. We would absolutely do business with them again. Thank you to all the staff at Kairo's!!! You are appreciated.

Cute little bodega. We had a hard time finding parking, the selection was small, and we didn't love our cupcakes. There is nowhere to sit inside. But they were super nice!

We love stopping in to Kairo's Bakery everytime we go to Waltham. The owner is incredibly nice and willing to answer any questions about their freshly made delicious bake goods or their imported products! The sweet breads are my kids favorite and the cookies are mine!

Good coffee and cheesy bread. Great bargain. You don't really need to speak Spanish. They'll understand what you need.

Every time I go to this bakery they cheat me, in short, they steal from me, for example, I order $10 dollars worth of bread and they only put $8.50 in my bag. One day I will put on a hidden camera and I will expose them on social networks..!

Very delicious cake (strawberries and cream), first time going here and will be going back.
This bakery is known for its made-to-order cakes. I haven't tried their pies, but the sweet bread and apple empanadas are often stale, not fresh, and have an overwhelming amount of cinnamon. I have tried a variety of sweet bread, and this bread is an insult to the traditionally fluffy and moist sweet bread. In addition to the stale bread, their bread is very expensive. I also agree with other reviews about the service; The assistants lack professionalism and do not appreciate the business or the satisfaction of their clients. I suggest baking smaller batches of bread each day so it's fresh and modifying the recipe a little so the cinnamon isn't as strong.
